Finally, an update

Ok, I am really sorry, but since the middle of October I have not been home at any one time for more then 3 days. I have been back and forth to the states so much this year it is amazing, did some work in Chicago, Halfmoon Bay and Arizona. Then came home went to Portugal for 5 days it was lovely - mid November weather in the Algarve region was 68-70 everyday. Then enjoyed thanksgiving at a Freinds house, now I don't know if I have said before but the stoves and ovens in Ireland are very small. Very small compared to what we are used to, so our freind Paula got a 22 pound turkey and it just barely fit in the oven. But, it was lovely and we had a very traditional american thanksgiving, I provided the pumpkin pies. Day after thanksgiving I left for 5 days in New York with my girlfriends. I have not been to New York since I was very small so I count this as my very first visit. LOVE NY can't wait to go back and its wonderful at Christmas time. New plays/musicals to recommend should they make it your way.... Young Frankenstein (musical) made me want to go rent the movie again it was quite funny. 39 steps a comedy spoof with only 4 actors - spoofs Alfred Hitchock and all his movies it was amazing. August in Osage County - drama - very intense but incredible, long 3.5 hours 2 intermissions. Also, got to do "behind the emerald curtain" which was backstage at Wicked (one of my very favorite musicals) and Radio City Chrsitmas Extravaganza. Really enjoyed myself a total of 8 of us went which I would generally say is to many people for this sort of trip but it worked out very well and we had a good time. Got home yesterday, today is Friday, we went in search of Christmas decor for the house - could not bring our lights and we needed a few more odds and ends. We leave Monday for the Christmas Fair in Bristol, England for a further 5 days and then I am home until we go to Dublin for New Year's. It has been a very busy few months and I am ready to spend some quiet time at home enjoying my family. The weather has turned cold with many an icy morning. We hear we should be seeing snow in Bristol, looking forward to that. I still need to update the pictures I have loaded into flickr so you all know what your are seeing, enjoy the photos.
